Data Protection (FADP)

Your exchanges and document analyses are transmitted over encrypted channels (HTTPS), in line with the principles of the Swiss FADP.

Our commitment

We are committed to processing your personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the GDPR. This page explains in plain terms which data we process, why, who we work with and how to exercise your rights.

1. Who is responsible?

The controller is JBM Official, in Geneva (see the legal notice). For any question about your data or to exercise your rights, use the support form or write to contact@integramind.ch.

2. Which data do we process?

We process the minimum necessary: account and technical profile data (sign-in and database), the text of your questions and, if you send them, the images or PDF documents to be analysed. Your e-mail address is used for the account, technical notifications and support replies.

Payments are handled by Stripe: we do not keep any bank card data. We also produce anonymous, aggregated statistics (most requested topics, language, plan type, and municipality or age only when you mention them yourself): the text of your questions and your identity are not included.

3. How is your data used?

Your data is used only to provide the service (answers, analyses, subscription, support) and to improve it in aggregate form. Your messages to the assistant are processed automatically, with no human review. The only exception: if you yourself use the “Report this message” button, that message may be examined by our team to improve the service.

The texts you send are processed separately from your identity. Under OpenAI's business terms, information sent through its API is not used to train public models. Images and documents you send are processed in memory, in real time, and are not designed to be stored permanently on our servers. Exchanges use encrypted channels (HTTPS). Your e-mail address is neither sold nor rented.

Requests you send us through the support form (name, e-mail address, optional phone number, subject and message) are read by our team and sent by e-mail, via Brevo, to handle your request.

4. Service providers and transfers outside Switzerland

Some of our providers may process data outside Switzerland: Google (Firebase: database and sign-in), OpenAI (AI processing of your questions), Render (server), Stripe (payments) and Brevo (e-mails). They act on our behalf under contractual safeguards.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected and to have it erased. To exercise your rights, use the support form or write to contact@integramind.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

6. Deleting your account

In the app: Settings, then “Delete my account”. This permanently erases your profile, conversations, important messages, usage counters and sign-in account. If you have a Premium subscription, it is cancelled at the same time, immediately or at the end of the paid period, as you choose.

If you have uninstalled the app or no longer have access to it, request the deletion of your account through the support form, stating the e-mail address of your account.

7. Cookies and audience measurement

This site uses Google Analytics to measure its audience, only if you accept it in the information banner. You can decline: the site works the same way. You can also set your browser to block cookies.

8. Help assistant (chat)

If you use the website's help assistant, the text of your messages is sent to our server, then to OpenAI, to generate the answer. Do not enter sensitive data (password, card number, ID document). We do not store the content of these conversations on our servers; OpenAI processes the messages under its business terms. A security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) starts when you open the chat.
